Whatever, I have bought this from a women's day sale let me tell you before buying this brand products I was a bit nervous as I couldn't find much reviews on the product just few quotation about the products I have to admit that I was a bit doubtful yet curious. But I can conclude It is a
wonderful silky,
light texture that works well.
As it's translucent, gives no tint or color and easily disappears into the skin. It feel like nothing on the skin. It reduces the shine for hours without caking up, and gives a good subtle glow. The powder doesn't add any coverage.

I don't think applying it with a brush would be useful as the powder is a pressed one that is harder to pick up with a brush. One can use either a puff or sponge to apply it easily. Though the compact is pressed powder it has made it easier to travel with.

My Experience
Basically people don't use translucent powder on the entire face, just along the sides of the nose, over my forehead, mouth, chin and under the eyes or other problematic areas.
The aim is to tone down the shine and to make the face look flawless and natural as long as possible.(long stay makeup)
Using a puff or brush, dab the powder across your face and neck to set your makeup and really less amount is required.
Make sure you apply the setting powder on
those areas specially that are prone to sweat or shine, like the nose, forehead, and chin.
I can say it's a Wear alone product or use it to set foundation and makeup.
