 Symptoms and Treatment for Anemia

Anemia symptoms and ways to prevent These anemia symptoms are caused by a decrease in the number of red blood cells or a decrease in the concentration of "hemoglobin". This anemia problem can take many forms. These include iron deficiency anemia, megaloblastic anemia, and aplastic anemia. People with this anemia may have symptoms such as difficulty breathing, pale skin, fatigue, and weakness. Our whole body is also a compound of various minerals.

Various minerals and minerals play an important role in keeping the body's metabolism running smoothly and without any interruptions. When we lack any of these our body makes an indication to us in advance. Let's see what anemia is! Human blood is red because of a substance called "hemoglobin" in the blood. Nutrients such as iron and protein play a major role in the production of this substance called hemoglobin.

Hemoglobin in the body is a certain amount. Generally this hemoglobin should be 13 grams per 100 grams of blood in every male, 12 grams in females, 12 grams in postpartum, 11 grams in children under 6 years of age as well as 120 grams in young children aged 6 to 12 years.

If the hemoglobin is less than the above doses, you are considered to be suffering from anemia.

A person with anemia has a decrease in the number of red blood cells [R.B.C] in the body. The number of R.B.C or red blood cells can be calculated by a blood test with the person's blood.

In people with anemia, the red blood cells in the blood are not at the required level and the oxygen supply is not working properly. This makes it very difficult for the patient to breathe.

This anemia is more common in females than in males. This problem is especially prevalent in pregnant women and postpartum women.
